Automated Message Expiration
Workspaces can configure automatic message retention schedules (e.g. 30 days, 90 days, or 1 year). Messages older than the designated retention window are automatically and permanently purged from the system.
Permanent Clean-Up
Expired messages are completely removed during automated maintenance cycles to keep your workspace clean and compliant.
